Red Cross opens shelter at Norwood-Norfolk Central School
Norwood -- The American Red Cross has opened an emergency shelter for St. Lawrence County residents effected by today's severe weather.
The shelter is located at Norwood-Norfolk Central School on County Route 56 in Norwood. Anyone without power or in need of assistance can seek comfort at the shelter. For more information call 315-268-0102.
