Richville man accused of torturing and injuring Heifers

Richville -- Monday evening the Sheriff's Office in St. Lawrence County arrested 24 year old Jonathan Graybill, 152 Hayden Rd., Richville on several counts after they allege Graybill ran his ATV into the backs of 4 Holstein Heifers, injuring the animals rear legs and injuring the side of another.

Graybill is charged with 4 counts of Torture/Injure/Not Feed an Animal under the Agriculture and Market Law.

Graybill was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town Court of Dekalb to appear at a later date.
