SYRACUSE, N.Y. –

Syracuse also upped its regular-season, non-conference winning streak to 47.
Junior C.J. Fair
led the offense, notching 16 points and a career-high 13 rebounds for his second double-double of the year.

Sophomore Michael-Carter Williams tallied his third straight double-double, totaling 15 points and dishing out 10 assists. Sophomore Rakeem Christmas
had a personal-best 11 points to go along with five rebounds and two blocks. Redshirt freshman Trevor Cooney

and Carter-Williams tipped in five points each.
Syracuse drew a 17-point lead after Christmas drained a pair of back-to-back dunks. Fair quickly followed with a third consecutive slam. The Orange, managed to stretch it to 20 points before heading into the intermission ahead of Long Beach State 49-29.
Fair led the charge again in the second half as SU used an 11-0 run to construct a 28-point advantage at 61-33. Syracuse took its largest lead of the game, up by 34 points at 81-47, before closing out the game with an 84-53 win against the 49ers.
