A man wanted in the state of Wisconsin has been arrested in Ogdensburg.
St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested Edward P. Monroe for being a fugitive from justice.
Deputies say they were contacted by the U.S. Marshalls Office, in Syracuse, stating that Monroe may be living in Ogdensburg.
Monroe was wanted in the state of Wisconsin after he failed to provide information about his change of address as a Sex Offender.
St. Lawrence County Deputies located Monroe at 178A Bromagin Road in Ogdensburg and arrested him. He was arraigned and ordered to be held without bail.
