Sheriff's Deputies get Tasers

Watertown (Nathan Lehman WTNY) -- The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department will soon have a new weapon in their arsenal. The department conducted training on the tasers on Wednesday, training that included officers themselves to experience what it is like to get tasered.

Funding to purchase the tasers came from money raised from narcotics investigations conducted by the department.
