Six charged with selling drugs in Lowville

Six alleged drug dealers have been arrested after a several-month investigation by Lowville Police and the Lewis County Sheriff's Department.

The six were dealing drugs including cocaine, ecstasy, morphine and prescription medications, according to police.

The suspects:
  • Scott Czjaka, 37, Lowville, for 3 counts of criminal sale of drugs. He was arraigned an jailed with bail set at $7,500.
  • Shaun Elliot, 23, Lowville, 2 counts of criminal sale of drugs, criminal possession with intent to sell and marijuana possession. Bail set at $7,500.
  • Justin McGillvray, 19, Lowville, 2 counts of criminal sale of drugs. Bail: $7,500.
  • Walter Martin, 34, Lowville, 1 count of criminal sale drugs and 2 counts of criminal diversion of prescription drugs. Bail: $2,500.
  • Alex Widrick, 19, Carthage, for criminal sale of drugs. Bail: $7,500.
  • Juliane Aubertine, 36, Lowville, 1 count of criminal sale of drugs. Bail: $2,500.
At Elliot's home, police were assisted by New York State parole officers.

The investigation is continuing and more charges are pending, police said.
