A Jefferson County teen was arrested after he allegedly locked his mother out of the house and pulled the phone cord from the wall as she tried to call 911.
State Police charged 16 year old Scott J.C. Taylor, 15235 County Route 11, Depauville, with criminal mischief and marijuana possession.
The arrest was made about 1:45 a.m. Saturday.
During the investigation of the dispute, Taylor was found to have a homemade smoking device with marijuana residue, troopers said.
He was arraigned in Town of Clayton court and remanded to county jail with bail set at $2,500.
