Town of Macomb - St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Lee G. Gilmour, 47, 392 County Route 7, Macomb NY, following a reported assault between him and another man on County Route 10 in the Town of Macomb.
Mr. Gilmour was charged with assault in the second degree, a D felony. It is alleged that Mr. Gilmour struck the victim with a baseball bat causing injuries to his hand.
Mr. Gilmour was arraigned before Town of Macomb Justice James Phillips where he posted bail in the amount of $2000 and was released to return to the Town of Macomb Court for further proceedings at a later date.
