St. Lawrence County man found Not Guilty of Sexually Abusing a Minor

Nathan Lehman (WTNY) -- A St. Lawrence County jury has found a man not guilty of sexual abusing a minor.

Forty year old Aristide Rojas of Rooseveltown was acquitted of the charge of first degree course of sexual conduct against a child. Rojas was accused of having sexual contact with an eight year old girl in both Ogdensburg and Massena.

This was the second trial for Rojas on the charges. The first one ended in a mistrial.
