Potsdam -- 53 year old Kevin Hotte, Barker Rd., Potsdam, was arrested by St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies following a Domestic Dispute with his wife.
Hotte was charged with 1st degree Criminal Contempt for violating an Order of Protection as well as 3rd degree Criminal Mischief. Hotte was also charged with resisting arrest when he refused to comply with Deputies orders and eventually had to be tazed in order to take him into custody.
Hotte was arraigned in Town of Potsdam Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $1,000 cash or $2,00 bond. He will answer to the charges at a later date.
