Nathan Lehman (WTNY) -- A St. Lawrence County man accused of murder is now back in jail on separate charges.

State Police arrested 37 year old Dustin Trimm of Winthrop, charging him with patronizing a prostitute, unlawfully dealing with a child, and endangering the welfare of a child. Trimm is alleged to have propositioned a 16 year old male for sexual activity. Trimm was free on $250,000 bail after being charged with shooting 21 year old Jason Wing in 2010 and then burying his body in the Town of Norfolk.

With the newest charges, Trimm was arraigned and ordered held in the county jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
