Watertown (Nathan Lehman WTNY) --Talks with the Thousand Islands Privateers are continuing, although the issue with locker rooms could produce a snag in bringing the hockey team to the city.

Last night, the Watertown City Council requested information on potential costs for building an additional locker room for the municipal ice arena. Currently, there is not enough locker space to accommodate both the team and the local clubs that also use the ice at the arena. The team has offered to bring in a trailer that clubs can use as a locker room during the season, but the city wants the team to use that trailer.

The Privateers have called Alexandria Bay home for the past two seasons, but are relocating.
