A tattoo artist is accused of practicing her craft on two underage Watertown teens.

April Christine Haga, aka April Ink, 39 of 21007 County Route 93, Lorraine was charged by Jefferson County Deputies Wednesday with two counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child.

A Watertown mom, Linda L. Pitts of East Main Street, called police when her daughters, Tiffany Holland, 17 and Chetzel Rogers, 15, arrived home on September 29th, tattooed.

The teens told investigators it was Haga who tattooed them at the Ultimate Addiction tattoo shop in Adams Center.

Haga was issued appearance tickets for Town of Adams Court.
