A Watertown teen has been arrested on multiple charges, including Aggravated DWI and Obstruction of Governmental Administration.
Tyler W. Guy, 17, of Franklin Street, was arrested Saturday morning at approximately 4:22 a.m., when he was observed falling off a motorcycle drunk by a Sheriff’s deputy.
Deputy Shawn M. Ryan witnessed Guy falling off from the motorcycle and while questioning him discovered that he was in possession of five stolen American Flags. Guy told Deputy Ryan that the flags were stolen from the Village of Sackets Harbor.
While Guy was being processed he became combative and began to physically fight deputies.
Guy is being charged with Aggravated DWI, Obstruction of Governmental Administration and Unlawful Possession of Alcohol.
He is currently being held at the Jefferson County Jail pending his arraignment. The investigation is continuing into the stolen flags.
