A Town of Watson man taken to the hospital following an ATV accident Sunday afternoon. Lewis County Sheriff's Deputies say 33 year old Thomas Peebles was operating the vehicle behind his home on the Wetmore Rd just before 3 pm when he lost control and rolled over several times. The vehicle came to a rest against a tree and on top of him. Peebles used his cell phone to call for help. He was treated for multiple abrasions to his head and body and possible internal injuries. He is last listed in stable condition at Lewis County General Hospital. Police say he was not wearing his helmet which contributed to his injuries.
