Three men from Brownville and Watertown have been indicted for the May 13th break in of a Watertown man, during which the victim was allegedly robbed and beaten.
The victim, Jeremy Irey was repeatedly kicked and punched in his head and body, the indictments say.
Indicted on nearly identical counts of burglary, robbery, assault, petty larceny, possession of stolen property and intimidating a witness:
- John Deegan, 23, Brownville
- Paul Chamberlain, 19, Watertown
- Britton Grant, 18, Brownville
Grant was also named in a separate indictment for a May 14th incident in Watertown in which he allegedly hit Craig Kiblin with a motor vehicle, injuring Kiblin's leg:
- Assault
- Reckless endangerment
- Leaving the scene of a personal injury accident
- Driving a vehicle on a sidewalk
- Unsafe start
