Troopers in St. Lawrence County arrest three

State police in St. Lawrence County arrested three people in connection with separate incidents this weekend.

Not wearing a helmet on an all terrain vehicle resulted in a drunk driving charge for a Herman man.

Corey D. Blandin, 30, of 1051 County Route 21 was arrested for felony DWI as result of a traffic stop while he was operating an ATV in the Village of Hermon.
 
In addition to the DWI charge Blandin was issued tickets for Unlawful Operation on Public Highways, No Helmet and other violations.
 
Blandin was arraigned in Town of Gouverneur Court and is to reappear in Town of Hermon Court on May 6th.

In Massena Troopers arrested Joseph E. Terrance, 25, of 2275 State Route 37, Fort Covington, on a charge of Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree.

Investigators allege Terrance used a rock to damage a vehicle parked at Sprague’s Bar on the Rooseveltown Road. The projectile caused damage estimated at $3100.

Terrance was arraigned in Massena Town Court and released to probation supervision.

Troopers also arrested an Ogdensburg woman for alleged drunk driving.

Ogdensburg State Police arrested Diana M. Matthews for Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop on State Route 37 in the Town of Oswegatchie.
 
Matthews was initially stopped for driving across hazard markings. Subsequently troopers determined that she was intoxicated.

Troopers said Matthews had a .13% BAC. She was additionally charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree.
 
Matthews was released and ordered to appear in Town of Oswegatchie Court on May 6th.
