Twenty one year old from Waddington arrested following a domestic incident

Waddington -- Sunday evening St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies were called to a domestic dispute on County Route 28 in the Town of Waddington.

Police say 21 year old Craig Foley of Waddington was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Menacing in the 3rd degree.

Foley is accused of engaging in a physical altercation with a female in the presence of a 3 year old child. Foley also made threats of physical harm to the woman.

Foley was arraigned in Lisbon Town Court and released to the supervision of the Probation Dept. pending further court action in Waddington.
