Ellisburg -- The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office has released the name of the victim who died in the fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred on the Lake Rd. in the Town of Ellisburg on Saturday.
Tvictim has been identified as 33 year old Rafael Espinoza of Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Ellisburg (WSYR-TV) - One man died in a crash late Saturday night in Ellisburg. One man is facing charges of Vehicular Manslaughter and DWI. Jefferson County Sheriff's were called to the crash scene along Lake Road in Ellisburg around 9:25 p.m. on Saturday. Investigators found a 2001 Ford F150 pick-up truck in a field, after it had overturned several times after exiting the shoulder of the road. One man died at the scene, another was taken to Samaritan Medical Center. The Sheriff's Office charged Amado Hernandez-Alvarado, 23, of Ellisburg with vehicular manslaughter in the second degree, DWI, Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and Speed not Reasonable and Prudent. Alvarado was scheduled for an arraignment at the Town of Ellisburg Court. The name of the victim will be released after his family is notified.
