*Update* Ogdensburg man arrested for violation of Supreme Court Order of Protection

An Ogdensburg resident has been arrested for violating a Supreme Court order of protection.

Robert A. Middlemiss, 23, of 1221 Knox Street in Ogdensburg, was arrested Wednesday, April 4th on a misdemeanor charge of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd.

On March 27th, Sheriff’s Deputies discovered that Middlemiss was at a residence on the Lost Village Road with a person protected by an order of protection issued by the Supreme Court.

Middlemiss was issued an appearance ticket and will answer to the charges in the Oswegatchie Town Court.
