Vandals destroy Headstones in local cemetary
Felts Mills (Nathan Lehman WTNY) -- Vandals have destroyed about a dozen headstones in a local cemetery.
The vandalism to Evergreen Cemetery in Felts Mills is believed to have occurred sometime between Sunday and Tuesday on County Rt. 143. Youths are believed to be responsible for the damage, which included a number of older headstones.
Several ornaments were also damaged during the course of the vandalism. Police are investigating.
