Village of Deferiet no longer under a Water Emergency

The water emergency that was declared last week in the Village of Deferiet has concluded. Village officials have determined that the village has an adequate supply of water on hand for the next several days, enough to last until repairs are made to a water pump that had to be taken offline for repairs. Repair work on that pump is expected to be completed later this week.
