A Waddington man got into a barroom brawl, leading to his arrest for assault, according to State Police.

Nathan G. Rapin, who turns 32 today, is charged with 3rd degree assault after the Wednesday evening altercation at Mack's Tavern in Waddington.

While Rapin's face exhibits a few marks in the mugshot provided by police, troopers said the victim has a swollen right eye and a bite injury.

Rapin was processed at State Police headquarters without incident and released without bail for a court appearance on July 15th in Waddington town court.
