Madrid -- St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 23 year old Michael Streeter, Waddington, following their investigation into damaged crops on the Brandy Brook Rd in the Town of Madrid.
Police say that early Saturday morning Streeter drove his truck off the road and into 2 seeded fields damaging them. Streeter then pulled into a driveway, and in the process of leaving, spun his tires in the roadway.
Streeter was charged with one count of 4th degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor and one Unsafe Start a traffic infraction.
He was released and is scheduled to answer to the charges in the Town of Madrid Court at a later date.
