Breast cancer affects the lives of people throughout the country.

A group of women who enjoy riding motorcycles and supporting one another, from across the North Country, are working to raise money to help preventative care, research and support for breast cancer awareness.

The Watertown Chrome Diva’s will hold their annual Ta Ta Run for breast cancer awareness on Saturday, September 24th at S & M Motorsports, located on Outer Bradley Street in Watertown.

Registration for the event will begin at 9 a.m. with the motorcycle run beginning at 11 a.m. Cost for registration is $20 per rider or $15 per passenger.

All proceeds will go to benefit the Cancer Services Program of Jefferson and Lewis Counties, Gouverneur Business Women, and the Pink Ribbon Riders.

Riders will begin at S&M Motorsports then head to Trackside in Harrisville. The ride will continue to Wegatchie, the Depauville Hotel and end at the Evans Mills Fire Hall.

The event is not only for those who ride motorcycles it is for all who wish to support breast cancer awareness. There will be food and beverages provided by the Texas Roadhouse, music by Rhythm Method, 50/50 raffles and live auctions.
