Watertown City Police Have Charged a Black River Man With Lewdness

Watertown City Police have charged a Black River man with lewdness for an indecent incident at the Thompson Park Pool on Monday. Twenty-one year old Ramsey Towles is alleged to have masturbated in a public shower at the pool. Police say that the shower had no partition, making the actions visible to anyone in the shower area. He was charged with public lewdness. Towles is also facing an additional count of second degree criminal trespass for allegedly entering a fences in area of the pool after being told by staff to to leave the property.
