Watertown - A stabbing has led to the arrest of a Watertown woman. Jefferson County Sheriffs deputies investigated an early morning domestic incident that occurred Thursday at the Ft. Drum Studio-tels on State Rt. 12.
Police allege that 24 year old Samantha L. Webb cut the neck of her spouse with a knife during a dispute. 29 year old Henry R. Carter was treated at Samaritan Medical Center for his injuries and released.
Webb was charged with first degree assault and arraigned in city court. She was ordered held in the Jefferson County jail on $10,000 cash bail.
