Watertown man accused of having sex with a 13 year old girl
Watertown-- A 25 year old Watertown man is accused of having sex with a 13 year old girl.
City police arrested Jeffrey Stonge of Highland Ave. on Sunday, charging him with second degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child. Stonge is accused of picking up the teenager from her school during school hours last Wednesday, and then taking her to his home where the two allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse.
He was arraigned Sunday and ordered held in the Jefferson County jail on $1000 cash bail.
