Watertown man arrested; Police say he struck and kicked a 10 year old boy

Watertown -- State Police arrested 29 year old Chad Bowen of Watertown for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the 2nd degree. 

According to police, on August 13th, Bowen is alleged to have struck, kicked, and picked up the 10 year old son of his girlfriend by his neck. 

There were no noted physical injuries to the child and no charges are pending against the boy’s mother Jodi Schuster. 

Bowen was arraigned in the Town of  Clayton Court and released, with Judge James issuing an Order of Protection on behalf of the 10 year old victim and Ms. Schuster's other three children.
