Watertown man arrested, police say he used his phone to photograph a woman's "Intimate Parts"
Watertown -- A Watertown man has been arrested by Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies on an allegation that he took intimate photos of a woman without her knowledge.
Police accuse 29 year old Christoper Bennett of using his smart phone to view and record under the clothing and intimate parts of the woman in question. The alleged incident happened Monday at the Target store on Rt. 3 in the Town of Watertown.
Bennett is charged with second degree unlawful surveillance. He was arraigned and ordered held in the Jefferson County jail on $1,000 cash bail.
