A Watertown man has been arrested after police discovered that he had been growing marijuana at his home.
Watertown Police arrested 29-year-old Carlos F. Ocasio, of Davidson Street, and charged him with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Growing Cannabis by an Unlicensed Person.
Ocasio was arrested when officers discovered that he had been growing 43 marijuana plants in a black cabinet in a bedroom.
He was transferred to the Public Safety Building where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
