Watertown -- State Police arrested 22 year old Jacoby Smith, High St., Watertown, on 1 count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th a Class E Felony.
According to Police, Smith had credit cards that were stolen from a car that was parked in the Target parking lot on September 26th. Smith then used the cards to make purchases at several Watertown area businesses.
Smith is scheduled to appear in the Town of Watertown Court on October 18th.
