Watertown teen arrested for unlawful imprisonment after domestic incident with his mother

A 16-year-old Watertown teen has been arrested after he intentionally restrained and pushed his mother to the floor during a domestic dispute.

Francis D. Parish, of 168 Bellew Ave. in Watertown, was arrested by Watertown Police and charged with Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd, and Harassment in the 2nd.

It is alleged that during a domestic incident with the victim, his mother, Parish intentionally restrained her by holding her arms behind her back and pushed her to the floor. Parish then held her on the floor for nearly a minute, preventing her from getting up or moving.

Parish is also charged with harassment after he subjected his mother to unwanted physical contact during the domestic incident.

At this time Parish is being held at the Jefferson County Public Safety Building pending arraignment Tuesday.
