A Watertown teen has been arrested after damaging personal property of his mother under a court order of protection.

Francis D. Parish, 17, of Bellew Ave in Watertown, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th and Criminal Contempt in the 2nd.

It is alleged that Parish intentionally damaged a wall, consisting of wood paneling, by stabbing it with a large knife. Parish put several gashes and holes in the wall belonging to the victim, Helena Parish, his mother.

Parish is currently under a court order of protection that specifically states that he is not to damage any property belonging to his mother.

On May 1st, Parish was also arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd, and Harassment in the 2nd. The court order of protection was issued by his mother at that time.

He was transferred to the Metro-Jeff Public Safety Building and held pending arraignment.
