Watertown woman arrested after domestic incident
Watertown -- Police responded to a domestic dispute on the Knowlesville Rd. in Watertown at around 8:30 Wednesday night.
According to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, 19 year old Mia Smith was arrested for Harassment and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation.
Mia Smith is alleged to have grabbed Angela Smith by the wrists and throat during the dispute.
Mia Smith was arraigned in the Town of Pamelia Court and is scheduled to appear on September 13th to answer to the charges.
An order of protection was issued on behalf of Angela Smith.
