A Watertown man has been arrested after punching, kicking and pushing a female victim, violating two court orders of protection.
Watertown police arrested Lisandroa Torres, 32, of West Main Street, and charged him with Criminal Contempt in the 1st, and Harassment in the 2nd.
According to police documents, Torress intentionally violated two court orders of protection when he punched, kicked and pushed victim, Jessica West, during a domestic dispute.
Torress was processed and held pending arraignment at the City of Watertown Court.
