Weapons charges for Leray man
Leray (WTNY) -- A Town of LeRay man was arrested following a vehicle check Sunday that found high capacity magazines for an assault rifle.
Thirty two year old Nathan Haddad is alleged by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department to have possessed five thirty round magazines for an AR-15 rifle in his possession. Police say the vehicle stop took place on the Steinhilber Rd. in the Town of LeRay.
Haddad is charged with five counts of third degree criminal possession of a weapon.
