<p>An attack on a Mannsville youth resulted in the arrest of a Fort Drum teen&nbsp;Thursday.</p><p>Caleb C. Rawlings, 17, of 8608 Hunter Loop, apt A, Fort Drum was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child at about 9:20 p.m.Thursday.</p><p>Investigators allege Rawlings punched the face of 14-year-old Michael Sievers several times Thursday afternoon at an address on Moore Street in Watertown. The younger teen’s face was also pushed into a fence and the ground, police said.</p><p>Following processing at the PSB, Rawlings was released with an appearance ticket for City of Watertown Court on June 18th.</p><p><br/></p></div>

<p>A smashed window resulted in the arrest of a Watertown teen Wednesday night.</p><p>Stephen Patrick Crist, 17, of 1562 Washington Street was charged with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree when he was arrested at his residence at about 9:30 p.m.</p><p>Police believe Crist was responsible for breaking a large glass window, valued at $150, by striking it with both hands a few minutes prior to his arrest.</p><p>Crist was transported to the PSB and later released with an appearance ticket for City of Watertown Court on June 18th.</p><p><br/></p></div>

<p><br />An investigation into what police in Watertown say was a fictional account of a motor vehicle theft resulted in the arrest of a Wisconsin man Wednesday evening.</p><p>Christopher R. Princko, 39, of 1816 Halsted Drive, Stevens Point, WI was charged with False Report of an Incident when he was taken into custody at the Best Western hotel on Washington Street at about 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.</p><p>According to investigators, Princko reported his Chevrolet pickup truck had been stolen at 1:50 p.m. when it had not.</p><p>Police further allege Princko had been involved in a traffic accident and had fled the scene.</p><p>Princko was transported to the PSB and later released on $500 bail. He is to answer the charge in City of Watertown Court on June 12th.</p><p><br/></p></div>

<p>A missing janitorial tool resulted in the arrest of a Watertown woman Wednesday afternoon.</p><p>A maintenance worker at Knickerbocker school, Nina Lumetta Dows, 43, of 629 Bradley Street was charged with Petit Larceny when she turned herself in to city police Wednesday afternoon at the PSB. </p><p>Investigators allege Dows stole a 24-inch mop head the evening of April 9th.</p><p>Following processing, Dows was released with an appearance ticket for City of Watertown Court on June 8th.</p><p><br/></p></div>

<p>Watertown police say a passenger had drugs in a vehicle during a traffic stop early Wednesday morning.</p><p>Officers arrested Frederick M. Dyer, 26, of 405 Tilden Street, Watertown at about 1:00 a.m. in the 100 block of Black River Parkway on charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was in a vehicle being driven by Richard Lee Ryan of Casey Street.</p><p>Investigators say Dyer was in possession of heroin and marijuana.</p><p>Dyer was transported to the PSB and held on $500 bail pending arraignment this morning in City of Watertown Court.<br /></p></div>

<p>A ripped, wrinkled photograph and the theft of a portfolio Tuesday afternoon resulted in a night in jail for a Watertown woman.</p><p>Christine Lisa Weed, 50, of 25595 County Route 60 was charged with Petit Larceny, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and Criminal Contempt when she was arrested by Watertown police at her residence at about 7:45 p.m. Tuesday.</p><p>Officers allege Weed violated an order of protection earlier in the day during an incident at Flower Memorial Library involving Kevin Weed of Riggs Avenue.</p><p>Ms. Weed is also accused of damaging a photograph, valued at $20, belonging to Mr. Weed and stealing a portfolio of photographs, valued at $300, also owned by Mr. Weed.</p><p>Police transported Ms. Weed to the PSB where she was held pending arraignment this morning in City of Watertown Court.</p><p><br/></p></div>

<p>A domestic dispute at a Watertown residence Tuesday night resulted in a woman losing a tooth and damage to her cell phone.</p><p>Watertown police were dispatched to the residence of Joyce A. and Keith B. Smith II at 620 State Street shortly before midnight to investigate a report of a violent incident.</p><p>Officers found Ms. Smith, who claimed to have been punched in the mouth by Mr. Smith, with a lower tooth missing. </p><p>Ms. Smith also told officers she had been trying to make an emergency call when her phone was taken from her and thrown, rendering the device inoperable.</p><p>Mr. Smith was charged with Assault 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief.</p><p>Police transported Smith to the PSB where he was held pending arraignment in City of Watertown Court this morning.</p><p><br/></p></div>

State police arrested two Gouverneur men after an argument erupted into fisticuffs at their place of employment.<p>55-year-old Jeffery Hill of State Route 58 and 50-year-old John Walsh of County Route 24 were both charged with 2nd degree Harassment following the incident at their place of employment in the Town of Fowler. Troopers stated the pair had an argument that escalated into a physical altercation.</p><p>Both men were released on appearance tickets for the Town of Fowler Court.</p><p></p></div>

<p>A long, loud party at a Watertown apartment landed a city man in jail early Thursday.</p><p>Police charged Rugent B. Pleasant, 42, of 513 Olive Street, apt 2 with Disorderly Conduct after a neighbor complained about the noise coming from Pleasant’s apartment.</p><p>According to information in the WPD arrest report the disturbing noise and music began at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday and continued until about 2:45 a.m. Thursday.</p><p>Pleasant was transported to the PSB and held on $100 bail.</p><p>At his arraignment in City of Watertown Court this morning, Pleasant entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to time served. He&nbsp;was also required to pay $120 in court costs.</p><p></p><p></p></div>

<p>A Michigan man is accused of stealing tools from a Watertown job site.</p><p>Manuel Alvaro Bermudez-Sanchez, 25, of Detroit, Michigan was charged Tuesday morning with Criminal Possession of stole Property 5th Degree and Petit Larceny after deputies investigated a report of a toolbox missing from the Walmart job site on State Route 3.</p><p>Investigators allege Bermudez-Sanchez stole a Black &amp; Decker toolbox, loaded with numerous tools, from the roof of the Walmart store at about 7:00 p.m. on Monday.</p><p>The owner of the items, Eric S. Victory of Fulton, told investigators his property was valued at $175.</p><p>Bermudez-Sanchez was arraigned in Town of Watertown Court and held on $500 bail.</p><p><br/></p></div>

<p>A Lewis County man is accused of writing over $11,000 in bad checks to a building supply company in Jefferson County.</p><p>Deputies charged James R. “Jay” Bender, 30, of 6111 River Street, Glenfield was charged with five counts of Issuing a Bad Check when he turned himself in at the PSB Wednesday afternoon.</p><p>Bender is accused of writing five checks totaling $11,488.47 to 84 Lumber Company on Route 12F in Watertown between March 18th and April 17th.</p><p>After processing, Bender was released with an appearance ticket for Town of Watertown Court on June 11th.</p><p></p><p></p></div>

During the stop, Kellison was found to be in possession of less than 25 grams of marijuana.<p>Kellison was issued an appearance ticket and released.<p></div>

<p>A phone message sent to a woman in Watertown on Tuesday by her husband resulted in the man spending a night in jail.</p><p>Jerry Wayne Jones, 43, of 35041 Eddy Road, Theresa was charged with Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree when he was arrested in Theresa at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.</p><p>According to Watertown police, Linda M. Jones was at a Mullin Street address when she received a threatening message on her cell phone, believed sent by Mr. Jones.</p><p>The caller threatened to break her neck if Mrs. Jones was seen walking the streets of Watertown, police said.</p><p>Mr. Jones was transported to the PSB and held pending arraignment in City of Watertown Court this morning.</p><p></p><p>Police said Jones was impaired by alcohol when arrested.</p></div>

<p>Watertown police arrested two people at a city apartment early Wednesday when they went to arrest a woman on a bench warrant from Jefferson County Court.</p><p>Officers holding the warrant for the arrest of 22-year-old Monique Aguon Ortiz-Farney of Redwood went to the door of 22-year-old Juan Charles Benedict at 420 Bridge Street to arrest the woman shortly before 1:00 a.m. after observing her in the apartment.</p><p>According to investigators, when Benedict answered the door he denied Ortiz-Farney was in the dwelling.</p><p>Benedict was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration for allegedly attempting to mislead the officers.</p><p>Ortiz-Farney, in addition to the bench warrant charge, was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. Police say she was found holding four envelopes containing heroin.</p><p>The bench warrant was issued by county court when Ortiz-Farney failed to comply with the terms of a conditional discharge after being convicted of Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree in January.</p><p>Ortiz-Farney was transported to the PSB where she was issued a appearance ticket for City of Watertown Court on the drug charge. She was then turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for processing on the bench warrant offense and held pending&nbsp; county court action.</p><p>Benedict was transported to the PSB and held on $500 bail pending arraignment in City of Watertown Court this morning.</p><p></p><p></p></div>

Robinson, 19, of 1215 Washington Street was charged for the May 6th incident when he turned himself in to the school resource officer at WHS on Tuesday.</p><p>According to information in the WPD arrest report, Robinson is suspected of tossing the cigarette butt that caused burn damage to the $800, 000 synthetic turf field at the high school.</p><p>Following processing at the PSB Robinson was released with an appearance ticket for City of Watertown Court on May 29th.</p><p><br/></p></div>

During the stop Rafter was found to be in possession of less than 25 grams of marijuana.</p><p>Rafter was issued an appearance ticket for Unlawful Possession of marijuana and released pending further court appearance.</p><p></p></div>

<p>A Watertown man faces charges of Criminal Contempt and Disorderly Conduct for a noisy incident near the Public Square fountain Wednesday night.</p><p>Sean Michael Hartford, 41, of 522 Cross Street was taken into custody a few minutes after midnight Thursday when he was located by officers at an Academy Street residence.</p><p>According to investigators Hartford had been at the fountain at about 10:30 p.m. where he allegedly screamed a series of obscenities at Kristi L. Phillips, also a resident of the Cross Street apartment. The incident alarmed several people on the square at the time.</p><p>Ms. Phillips holds a court order protecting her from such outbursts by Hartford.</p><p>Hartford was transported to the PSB and held pending arraignment in City of Watertown Court.<br /></p></div>

<p>A Watertown man who pled guilty to an assault charge in 2008 is now accused of shoplifting.</p><p>Sean Michael Miles, 32, of 20975 Weaver Road was charged with Petit Larceny when he turned himself in at the PSB Wednesday afternoon.</p><p>The arrest of Miles concluded an investigation by city police into the theft of two Colby MP4 players from the Kinney Drugs store on Washington Street at about 6:00 p.m. on May 6th. The devices have a combined value of $119.98.</p><p>Miles was processed and released with an appearance ticket for City of Watertown Court on June 3rd.</p><p>In July ’08 Miles pleaded guilty in the assault of 32-year-old Ralph Council. Miles sliced Mr. Council’s finger with a knife during a fight at a Watertown motel in March 2008.</p><p><br/></p></div>

<p>A Watertown man landed in jail Tuesday night following an investigation into a domestic incident at his home.</p><p>Jamie Ra-B Smith, 35, of 139 N. Hamilton Street was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child when he was arrested at his apartment at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.</p><p>Investigators claim Smith, who is known on the street as “Shorty Rock,” pushed Rachel Yaiser, of the same address, while Ms. Yaiser held a 7-year-old child on her lap.</p><p>Smith was held on $500 bail pending arraignment this morning in City of Watertown Court.</p><p></p></div>

<p>A Watertown cab driver is accused of the brutal beating of another city woman.</p><p>City police arrested Brenda Lea Delgado, 33, of 311 High Street at her residence Monday night on a charge of Assault 3rd Degree.</p><p>According to investigators, Delgado is accused of throwing Michael R. Cooke of Bronson Street to the pavement near Ms. Cooke’s home at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday.</p><p>Officers say Ms. Cook’s face and head were repeatedly slammed into the pavement resulting in her losing consciousness. She also suffered a large bump to the head, a sore jaw and blurred vision from a swollen eye.</p><p>Delgado was processed at the PSB and issued an appearance ticket for City of Watertown Court on June 2nd.</p><p><br/></p></div>

<p>A domestic incident in Watertown resulted in several hours in jail for city man early Tuesday morning.</p><p>Officers arrested Robert D. Oatman, 37, of 146 Willow Street when they were summoned to investigate a dispute involving Oatman and his girlfriend, Lisa M. Carr at about 2:30 a.m.</p><p>According to information in the WPD arrest report, a kitchen table and chairs were destroyed during the incident with some of the debris landing in a room where the couple’s 3-year-old son was sleeping. The child awoke, upset by the commotion and screaming, police said.</p><p>Oatman was transported to the PSB and held for arraignment in City of Watertown Court on charges of Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, Endangering the welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd Degree.</p><p>Following arraignment this morning, Oatman was released on his own recognizance.</p><p></p><p></p></div>

Watertown police arrested a City man for child endangerment after a domestic incident Sunday evening on Bronson Street.<p>Officers arrested 22-year-old Cody Estes Cheek on a charge of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following their response to a domestic incident. They allege that Cheek was arguing with his spouse while she was holding an 11-month-old child, pulling on the child and causing it to cry.</p><p>Cheek was issued an Appearance Ticket for City of Watertown Court.</p><p></p></div>

A Theresa teen was arrested by Watertown police on Sunday for allegedly helping a City teen run away from home.<br /><br />Officers arrested 16-year-old Mary Roberta Sampson of Commercial Street on one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child when they picked her up late Sunday on Stone Street.<br /><br />Officers allege that Sampson helped a 15-year-old female City resident plan to run away from home on May 12th. The girl went to Carousel Mall in Syracuse via taxi at 2 am, waited for the Mall to open and bought hair dye in order to change her appearance. The teen was located later that night.<br /><br />Sampson was issued an Appearance Ticket for City of Watertown Court and released.<br /><br /></div>

<p>Jefferson County deputies say a Brownville woman was highly intoxicated and belligerent when arrested at her home Tuesday evening.</p><p>Deputies charged Cynthia Ann Frank, 46, of 205 Brown Blvd, Brownville with Harassment 2nd Degree, Resisting Arrest and Endangering the Welfare of a Child after investigating a domestic disturbance at her home at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.</p><p>According to investigators, as deputies were leaving the residence Mrs. Frank allegedly pushed her husband, Kenneth A. Frank, in the chest. </p><p>The couple’s daughter observed the incident, deputies said.</p><p>Mrs. Frank was arraigned in Town of Brownville Court and remanded to Jefferson County Jail in lieu of $1000 bail.</p><p></p><p></p></div>

<p>A Watertown woman is accused of a violent attack in April on another city woman.</p><p>Officers charged Kimberly E. Robinette, 42 of 368 Franklin Street, apt 4, with Assault 3rd degree when she turned herself in at the PSB on Tuesday.</p><p>On April 21st Kathleen Ann McKenzie of Academy Street suffered a broken nose and bruised ribs when she was struck in the face and ribs, allegedly by Robinette.&nbsp;</p></div>

<p>The incident occurred at the apartment building where Robinette resides with 43-year-old Frank Edward Smith Jr.</p><p>Smith was listed as a co-defendant in the WPD arrest report.</p><p>Following processing at the PSB, Robinette was released with an appearance ticket for City of Watertown Court on May 27th.</p><p>Both Robinette and Smith have a history of previous arrests by city police.</p><p><br/></p></div>

State police arrested a Colton man after he allegedly sent text messages to a woman while police were investigating a domestic incident.<p>41-year-old Chris D. Woods of Main Street, Colton was arrested on charges of 2nd degree Harassment and 2nd degree Criminal Contempt following a domestic dispute. While being processed, Woods sent text messages to the female half of the domestic resulting in an additional charge of 2nd degree Aggravated Harassment.</p><p>Woods was arraigned in Colton Court and released.</p><p></p></div>

<p>The alleged use of another person’s checks to make purchases at a Watertown store in March resulted in the arrest of a Corning man this week.</p><p>Deputies charged Shawn K. Rooke, 37, of 97 Gordon Street, Corning with Forgery 2nd Degree when he was arrested Monday morning at the PSB.</p><p>Rooke is accused of using three checks belonging to Todd L. Hobbs to make purchases on March 3rd and 4th at the Walmart store in Watertown. </p><p>Investigators say the purchases totaled $229.07.</p><p>Rooke was arraigned in Town of Watertown Court and released on his own recognizance.</p><p></p><p></p></div>

<p>An Oneida County woman faces a pair of charges in connection with an attack early Wednesday on a Watertown woman.</p><p>Domielle Marie Rivera, 19, of 1312 Butternut Street, Utica was charged with Harassment 2nd Degree and Criminal Contempt 1st Degree when she was found in the 300 black of Flower Avenue East at about 3:00 a.m.</p><p>Watertown police allege Rivera attacked Britany A. Wright of Brainard Street approximately a half hour prior to her arrest. </p><p>Ms. Wright was pushed, her hair pulled and she was hit several times on the back of the head during the altercation, police said.</p><p>According to information in the WPD arrest report, Ms. Wright holds a court order issued in February by a Utica court, protecting her from contact by Rivera.</p><p>Officers held Rivera&nbsp;for arraignment this morning in City of Watertown Court.</p><p>Rivera has a history of at least two previous arrests in Watertown on similar charges.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p></div>

<p>Watertown police arrested a city teen Sunday evening suspected of being the thief who stole a youngster’s skateboard in April.</p><p>Christopher C. Terry, 16, of 611 E. Main Street was charged with Petit Larceny when he was taken into custody at about 7:00 p.m. Sunday when he was found at a Moulton Street residence.</p><p>Police allege Terry stole a Zoo York skateboard, valued at $100, from the home Academy Street home of Teri A. Navarra on April 25th. The board belonged to Ms. Navarra’s 11-year-old son.</p><p>Terry was transported to the PSB and later released with an appearance ticket for city of Watertown Court on June 5th.</p><p><br/></p></div>

<p>Jefferson County deputies arrested a Cape Vincent man Saturday evening on drunken driving charges after a Fort Drum police officer’s pickup truck was hit on County Route 6.</p><p>Officer Steven Ascough of the Fort Drum PD told investigators he was east bound on CR 6 in the town of Cape Vincent at about 8:00 p.m. Saturday when a speeding, swerving Cadillac came up behind him.</p><p>Ascough said he slowed and pulled over to the shoulder to allow the car to pass, but instead, the car remained behind him.</p><p>According to Ascough he stopped his truck and the car momentarily stopped as well. The car then hit Ascough’s truck from behind and left the scene. Ascough called 911 and followed the car.</p><p>When the Cadillac pulled into the driveway of a business, Ascough blocked the drive with his truck until deputies arrived.</p><p>The driver of the automobile, Darryl J. Walker, 31, of 81113 County Route 6 was charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI, Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Reckless Driving and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.</p><p>Walker was arraigned in Town of Cape Vincent Court.</p><p>According to information included with the sheriff’s department arrest report, Walker was arrested on a previous DWI charge in February 2004.</p><p><br/></p></div>

<p>Watertown police arrested a third suspect Sunday night in a case of automobile vandalism that occurred last week.</p><p>Tiffany M. Booth, 17, of 26068 County Route 49, apt. 1 was charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree when she responded to a call from police at about 11:20 p.m. Sunday.</p><p></p></div>

<p>Investigators believe Booth to be one of the three people who used rocks to shatter the windshield and rear window of a car owned by Charlene T. Holter of Bishop Street at about 2:00 a.m. on May 8th.</p><p>Eggs were also hurled at the car, damaging the paint, police said.</p><p></p></div>

<p>A Fort Drum woman is accused of stealing a cash-filled envelope from an Antwerp woman.</p><p>Danaroy Countryman, 21, of 11772 Orchard Drive, apt B, Fort Drum was arrested at about 12:15 a.m. Thursday by Watertown police in connection with an incident in April at Artie’s Tavern on High Street.</p><p>Investigators allege Countryman took an envelope containing $238 in cash from the purse of Angela Kay Castro on April 23rd.</p><p>Countryman was held for arraignment this morning in City of Watertown Court.</p><p></p></div>

<p>Failure to abide by the terms of a plea agreement apparently means a LaFargeville man will spend several years in prison.</p><p>Deputies arrested Bryant P. Sanford, 23, of 37895 County Route 13 Thursday evening on a warrant charging Bail Jumping 2nd Degree.</p><p>In July Sanford pled guilty to two counts of Burglary 3rd Degree in connection with break-ins at two Clayton restaurants in May 2007. He was sentenced to 3 ½ years in prison for each count.</p><p>As a condition of a plea agreement that would have allowed Sanford to avoid the prison time, he agreed to participate in drug court and a drug addiction treatment program.</p><p>According to information included with the Sheriff’s Department arrest report, Sanford, who had been released on his own recognizance, never reported to drug court and never participated in the addiction program.</p><p>Sanford was arraigned in Town of Watertown Court on the bail jumping charge and remanded to Jefferson County Jail on $2500 bail.</p><p></p></div>

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p>A Watertown man landed in jail after an apartment dweller called police to report an annoying odor emanating from somewhere in her building, pervading the hall and her apartment Tuesday night.</p><p>According to city police the source of the odor turned out to be a pair of socks soaked in a noxious substance in an adjacent apartment. </p><p>Investigators said the resident of the apartment, Terry Luke Gebo, 48, of 814 Academy Street, had placed the socks in a bread bag and was huffing on the contents.</p><p>Officers charged Gebo with Possession of a Noxious Material.</p><p>Gebo was transported to the PSB and held on $250 bail pending arraignment in City of Watertown Court.</p><p>In October Gebo was arrested on a similar charge, accused of inhaling the solvent Toluene. </p><p></p><p>A check of the archives of the <span style="font-style: italic">Watertown Daily Times</span> found Gebo to have a history of other arrests in Watertown on various charges.</p><p></p></div>

<p>Watertown police arrested a city woman in April in connection with an incident in August ’08.</p><p>Saprina E. Clayton, 23, of 232 W. Main Street, apt 51B was arrested on a bench warrant charging Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd Degree when she turned herself in at the PSB on April 24th.</p><p>Clayton initially faced the same charges in connection with an incident at her Watertown residence on August 17th, 2008 involving a 16-year-old girl.</p><p>At the time Clayton was issued an appearance ticket for City of Watertown Court for September 3rd,&nbsp; 2008.</p><p>According to information in the bench warrant arrest report a victim is listed as Casandra L. Tyre of Watertown.</p><p>Clayton was arraigned on the warrant charges in city court on April 24th.</p><p><br/></p></div>

<p>Unless your goal is a trip to the police station, it’s not a good idea to cuss at cops. That was a lesson learned by a Watertown man Monday night.</p><p>Watertown police were called to the residence of 41-year-old Joel A. Pilon at 644 Emerson Street at about 10:00 p.m. Officers say they found Pilon&nbsp; impaired by alcohol.</p><p>According to information in the WPD arrest report, Pilon is accused of screaming, yelling and swearing at the officers.</p><p>When informed he was under arrest, Pilon dropped to the ground and kept one arm under his body in an attempt to avoid being taken into custody, police said.</p><p>Pilon was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.</p><p>Following processing at the PSB, Pilon posted $500 bail and was released with an appearance ticket for City of Watertown Court on May 15th.</p><p><br/></p></div>

<p>An incident at a Watertown restaurant last September resulted in the arrest of a city woman last Tuesday.</p><p>Jefferson County deputies served an arrest warrant charging Attempted Petit Larceny on Phileena Mae McAtee, 23, of 841 Superior Street.</p><p>The warrant was issued for an incident at the Bob Evans restaurant on September 10th. McAtee is accused of removing $6.00 from a wallet belonging to Cynthia Boynton of East Avenue. </p><p>According to information included with the arrest report, when confronted about the suspected theft, McAtee returned the money to the wallet. </p><p>McAtee is to answer the charge in Town of Watertown Court on May 7th.</p><p></p><p><br/></p></div>

<p>Loud, annoying music coming from an apartment Saturday night resulted in a court date for a Calcium woman.</p><p>Lorene Jean Brown-Cousins, 25, of 25352 Virginia Smith Drive was charged with Disorderly Conduct when Jefferson County deputies were sent to her home at about 8:17 p.m. Sunday.</p><p>Brown-Cousins was issued an appearance ticket for Town of LeRay Court on June 1st.</p><p>Deputies said they had responded to similar complaints at Brown-Cousin’s apartment on nine previous occasions.</p><p><br/></p></div>
